Tay recently joined Datadog with a background in data engineering and web development, where she became an advocate for more upfront investment in preventing production failures. A believer in grassroots change, Tay develops a free and open source curriculum for teaching computer networking inside state prisons. Joining Datadog’s site reliability engineering organization was a dream come true! Outside of work, Tay loves to craft greeting cards for friends and sketch beautiful architectures with monochrome ink.
